Free delivery in Chișinău is available if:

• The order amount is 700 MDL or more.
• Delivery is scheduled during the salon’s working hours — between 10:00 and 20:00.

Paid delivery:

• If the order amount is less than 700 MDL, a minimum order fee of 200 MDL is added.
• Delivery outside the salon’s working hours (between 20:00 and 10:00) incurs an additional fee of 250 MDL.
• Night delivery (between 22:00 and 07:00) costs 500 MDL.
  Note: If the delivery takes place during the night (between 22:00 and 07:00), only the 500 MDL fee applies, without additional charges for delivery outside working hours.

Delivery outside Chișinău:

• The cost is calculated individually based on the distance to the location.

Orders are accepted 24/7, every day of the week.

We offer several delivery options:

Standard courier

• The courier delivers your order in plain, discreet clothing.
• Cost: Free.

Classic-style courier

• The courier delivers your order in an elegant blue vest and bow tie.
• Cost: 100 MDL.

Costumed deliveries

• The courier delivers your order in a themed costume.
• Cost: From 300 to 700 MDL, depending on the chosen costume.

How to choose a delivery option:

• When placing an order in the cart, you can select your preferred type of courier.
• The cost of the chosen delivery option will be automatically added to the total order amount.

Holiday periods are the busiest times for ASTARTA Flowers & Decor’s delivery service in Moldova. We continuously work on improving our services to meet your expectations, which is why we have established a few special rules:

• On holidays, we strive to fulfill every order. To optimize delivery routes, we cannot provide an exact delivery time. However, we will coordinate with the recipient to agree on a convenient time frame during the day (until 10:00 PM). Orders placed in advance are given priority.
• Due to the involvement of additional couriers, the “Recipient Photo” service is temporarily unavailable during holidays.
• If the selected flowers are unavailable, our senior florist will choose a refined replacement to maintain the bouquet’s harmony. The replacement cost will be equal to or higher than the original flowers.

Yes, you can pay for an order from abroad. Simply use our online payment service on the website. We accept all major bank cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro), including those issued outside of Moldova.

It doesn’t matter in which currency your card is issued — the payment will be automatically converted to Moldovan Lei at your bank’s exchange rate.

Yes, we offer the option to pay for your order in installments. We are partners with Liber Card, allowing you to split the total amount into three equal payments. This is a convenient way to manage your purchase without financial strain.

How it works:

1. When placing an order on our website, select Liber Card as the payment method.
2. The total order amount will automatically be divided into three equal installments.
3. The first payment is made immediately, while the remaining two are spread over the following months, according to your card terms.

Note: This option is available only to MAIB Liber Card holders.

Roses love to drink water, so it's important that 2/3 of the stem is submerged. Cut the stems at a 45° angle and change the water every 1-2 days. Remove any leaves that touch the water to prevent rotting. Keep roses away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Flowers may lose their freshness faster due to dry air, high temperatures, or exposure to air conditioning. To extend their lifespan, mist the petals with water, change the water regularly, and keep the bouquet away from radiators and drafts.

Over time, the water in the vase becomes dirty, and bacteria start to grow, blocking the stems and preventing flowers from absorbing water properly. This causes them to wilt faster. Changing the water regularly (every 1-2 days) helps to:

• Reduce bacterial growth, keeping flowers fresh longer.
• Provide clean water for better hydration.
• Prevent bad odors and slimy buildup on stems.

When changing the water, it is also recommended to wash the vase and recut the stems for better water absorption.
