These Terms and Conditions for using the online store www.astarta.md apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by PIRFLOR SRL through this website.
To ensure proper use of the website, we recommend that you carefully review these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these provisions without prior notice.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This website is owned by PIRFLOR SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Customer agrees to the Terms of Sale of goods and/or services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the Terms), as outlined below.
Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms offered by PIRFLOR SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the Customer and our company is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
Our company reserves the right to modify the Terms, and the Customer is obligated to monitor any changes.
2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By using the website www.astarta.md, you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing, confirming, and fulfilling orders.
Personal data is processed solely for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you ordered, participating in promotions, using Google Analytics, cookies, and sending notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data.
We employ commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper usage. However, data transmission over the internet or wireless networks cannot be fully secured, so the Customer assumes the risk when transmitting data.
3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made using the following methods:
- Cash at PIRFLOR SRL points of sale (with a receipt provided).
- Bank card through terminals at retail locations.
- Online payment using bank cards on the website www.astarta.md via the secure 3D-Secure system.
Instructions for online payment:
The Customer enters their bank card details: card number (16 digits), card expiration date (month/year), and CVC/CVV security code (3 digits).
Data is transmitted in encrypted form through the secure server of the payment system.
After payment is confirmed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email at the specified address.
If the currency of the Customer’s card differs from the order currency, the conversion is carried out at the exchange rate of the card issuer's bank.
- Electronic wallets such as PAYNET and others.
- Using the Mia platform.
After placing the order and confirming payment, the Customer receives a receipt or payment voucher.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS/SERVICES
When registering an order, the Customer specifies the desired date and time interval for delivery. Our company undertakes to meet the Customer's preferences, except in cases of force majeure, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inability to contact the Recipient).
Delivery Terms:
Free delivery in Chișinău is available if:
- The order amount is 700 MDL or more.
- Delivery is scheduled during the salon’s working hours — between 10:00 and 20:00.
Paid delivery:
- If the order amount is less than 700 MDL, a minimum order fee of 200 MDL is added.
- Delivery outside the salon’s working hours (between 20:00 and 10:00) incurs an additional fee of 250 MDL.
- Night delivery (between 22:00 and 07:00) costs 500 MDL.
Note: If the delivery takes place during the night (between 22:00 and 07:00), only the 500 MDL fee applies, without additional charges for delivery outside working hours.
Delivery outside Chișinău:
- The cost is calculated individually based on the distance to the location.
Notes:
Orders are accepted 24/7, every day of the week.
During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), delivery is carried out according to the courier’s route instead of fixed time slots. The delivery time is agreed upon in advance with the Recipient. These conditions apply on the following holidays:
- February 14
- March 7 and 8
- December 30 and 31
Upon receiving the order, the Recipient signs the delivery form, confirming agreement with the quality of the delivered goods and services. Claims made after order transfer will not be considered.
5. RIGHT OF RETURN
According to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on Consumer Protection, the Customer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of purchase.
However, considering the nature of the services and goods provided, PIRFLOR SRL sets the following conditions and limitations:
- Complaints about the quality of bouquets or other products must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery, as improper storage (e.g., without water or under direct sunlight) may cause damage.
- All complaints must be accompanied by photographs of the product taken within 6 hours of delivery. Photos submitted after this period will not be considered. Complaints are accepted only from the Customer, not third parties.
- If the product was delivered in unsatisfactory condition, the Customer may request a replacement or a full or partial refund.
- If any item is missing from the delivered order, the company will provide a free replacement delivery. Greeting cards are complimentary and are not considered part of the product.
- A delivery photo report is not a mandatory service, and its absence cannot be grounds for a complaint.
- Complaints about delivery delays are accepted only if the exact delivery time was paid for and the “Deliver without calling at the specified time” service was activated. Otherwise, delivery is coordinated with the Recipient.
6. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are made exclusively to the payment method used (e.g., bank card or electronic wallet).
Funds are returned only to the Customer listed in the original payment data and cannot be transferred to third parties.
The refund period is up to 7 working days from the date of refund approval, depending on the payment system's conditions.
Refunds are possible only if the order complies with the return conditions outlined in Section 5 (Right of Return).
7. FORCE MAJEURE
If the majority of flowers for a selected bouquet are unavailable, PIRFLOR SRL will contact the Customer to agree on a replacement. If the Customer does not respond within 4 hours before delivery, the florist will compose a bouquet at their discretion from available flowers of equal or greater value.
The company does not guarantee 100% resemblance of the bouquet to the website photo but ensures maximum similarity and freshness.
Due to the seasonal nature of some flowers, components may be replaced with similar ones without the Customer's consent, maintaining the overall appearance and color scheme.
The company is not responsible for delivery disruptions caused by force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, internet outages, power outages, etc.).
8. PRIVACY POLICY
We process Customers' personal data provided when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, email address. If the Recipient's address is not specified, only their contact number is provided. The Recipient's address obtained by our company is not disclosed to the Customer.
Personal data is used solely for processing orders and providing services.
We collect data through analytical tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, Cloudflare). Cookies help us improve our service.
Data is protected against loss, destruction, alteration, or access by third parties. We do not share personal data with third parties without the Customer's consent.
